Everything we do has been carefully developed, trialled, and perfected in-house over the past 16+ years by our founder, Nina Andrews. From humble beginnings working solo, Nina has built a multi-award-winning business by putting quality, integrity, and innovation above all else.

Our Biggest Secret? We Keep It In-House.

Many salons source their products from large-scale manufacturers or wholesale suppliers. We don’t.

We proudly use our own brand of handcrafted lash trays and precision tweezers, which have been designed to deliver the perfect fan, seamless retention, and ultimate softness. These products aren’t available anywhere else, and that’s by design. When we say our lashes last longer and feel better—it’s because we’ve made sure of it at every step of the way.

Our Signature Fanning Techniques

Every lash artist at Lashes On Point is trained using our proprietary fanning techniques, developed specifically to enhance volume while maintaining lash health. These methods aren’t taught in standard courses, and they’re not shared outside our walls. It’s one of the reasons our sets look so full yet feel so lightweight—and why clients return again and again.

While we love supporting the next generation of lash artists, we don’t offer work experience placements or shadowing opportunities in the salon. This isn’t about gatekeeping—it’s about protecting the intellectual property that sets us apart.
