Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms. These policies are strictly enforced to ensure our salon runs smoothly, professionally, and on time for all clients.

Thank you for choosing Lashes On Point — we can’t wait to see you for your lash treatment!
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, and a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any changes to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to book again.


Salon Policies

  • Minimum age: We do not accept clients under 16 years of age.

  • Arrival time: Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your appointment runs on time.

  • Late arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late or more will result in your appointment being cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited to cover the technician’s time. This ensures other clients are not delayed.

  • Makeup: Arrive with a completely clean face — no eye or facial makeup. If you're coming from work, a cleansing station is available in-salon.

  • Hygiene & safety: Upon arrival, please sanitise your hands and observe any social distancing markers in the salon.

  • Pregnancy & allergies: If you are pregnant or have experienced an allergic reaction to lash extensions in the past, please call us on 0439 369 908 before booking. Depending on your circumstances, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment.

  • Pregnant clients over 25 weeks: A written clearance from your OBGYN is required to proceed with lash treatments. This is a condition of our insurance policy.

  • Children: Please do not bring babies or small children to your appointment. For safety and relaxation reasons, we cannot accommodate unattended children in the salon. As your eyes will be closed for the duration of the treatment, we recommend booking your appointment at a time when alternative care is arranged.
